Swift Collision Glass Limited Lifetime Warranty
Rock Chip Repair
At Swift Collision Glass, we take pride in providing careful and professional rock chip repair services. In accordance with accepted auto glass repair practices, the repair process uses a specialized resin that is injected into the damaged area of the windshield. This helps seal the break, restore strength, and reduce the chance of the crack spreading further.
Please note that while the repair can improve the appearance of the damage, the chip or crack will usually still remain somewhat visible after the repair is completed.
The final appearance and effectiveness of a rock chip repair can depend on several factors, including:
- How much time has passed since the damage occurred
- The size, shape, and depth of the break
- The length and direction of any cracks extending from the impact point
- Whether dirt, moisture, or other debris entered the damaged area
Limited Lifetime Warranty
As long as you own the vehicle serviced by Swift Collision Glass, we stand behind the quality of our windshield chip repair work. If you are not satisfied with the repair results, the amount paid for the repair may be credited toward the cost of a full windshield replacement performed by Swift Collision Glass.
To request warranty service, you must contact Swift Collision Glass during normal business hours. This warranty applies only to the original customer and original vehicle serviced, and it is non-transferable. The warranty becomes void if additional damage occurs to the glass that is unrelated to the original repaired rock chip.
Acknowledgement and Release
By choosing windshield repair, you understand and accept that in certain situations a damaged windshield may worsen during the repair process. Because the glass has already been compromised, Swift Collision Glass cannot guarantee that the damage will not expand further during the attempt to repair it.
If Swift Collision Glass determines that replacement is the better or necessary option, the vehicle owner or customer is responsible for any costs related to replacing the windshield or other damaged glass.
By authorizing the repair, you agree to release Swift Collision Glass, along with its employees, owners, officers, and affiliated parties, from claims, damages, or legal actions arising out of the windshield repair process.
